My first impression of the Canon MF3240 was that it was pretty compact in size. My old Panasonic laser weighed 36 pounds, and the MF3240 tips the scales at around 31 pounds. It fit nicely in my office, which sadly, is limited in space.

I also was impressed with the capacity of the paper tray, which holds 250 sheets. Nothing is more irritating than constantly refilling the paper tray.

Lately, I find myself using the copier feature of the Canon MF3240 even more than the printer.The copier is fast and dependable, shooting out up to 21 copies per minute. For crisp, readable copies, the system features 600 x 600 dpi.

You'll also never have to compromise when it comes to getting documents that meet your specifications, because the MF3240 lets you zoom in one percent increments between 50 and 200 percent and enlarge to 50, 64, 78, 129, and 200 percent.
